Buckingham Re-development Co. was contracted for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Retail Showroom Development to construct various sized single storey Buildings, Landscaping, Civil works to Roads and Carparks.

Stage 1 occupied approx. 4500m2 and Stage 2 occupied approx. 2000m2 of retail improvements excluding driveways, and carparks.

The Precinct is now occupied by Tenants such as Fast Food – Hungry Jacks, Muzz Buzz, Vet Hospital, Swim School, Tyre and Auto Goods suppliers, 24 hour gym, Pet Supply Retailers. With various national retail chains quickly occupying the Precint.

Located near the Kwinana Town Centre on Meares Road and Challenger Avenue.
