2007 Extensive renovations to an existing strip shop development on the Central Mandurah Foreshore.

Retail strip consisting of the following tenancies Gloria Jeans, Tea and Coffee Merchant, Gelatina, Jettys Fish and Chips and Red Manna.

All works carried out whilst tenants continued to trade.
