BRDC constructed the New Community Hub, consisting of a Community space, Library Nook, Landscaping, recycled paving and playground, in an area that was once the Carpark to the front entrance.

Two new food and beverage Tenancy premises were also constructed, which now face onto the new Community Hub zone.

Various other works were conducted to the Facades and Entries of the Shopping Centres. The internal Malls were tiled with new modern tiling to upgrade the common areas.

New Switchboards and Mains were upgraded. Along with various carpark area upgrades.

All works were carried out whilst the Centre continued to trade
