Fleetspec Hire is a family business built on old fashioned values and a dedication to service beyond comparison.  The company engaged Buckingham Re-development Co team to construct a brand new Vehicle Hire Depot and Associated Service Workshop at 194 Beringarra Ave Malaga.  The new floor area of 1,450m2 of facility to house the new offices, showroom, and workshops.  The total site was 5,500m2 also containing considerable bitumised hardstand space and vast landscaping areas.  State of the art security systems for hire vehicle drop offs and pickups integrated into the buildings, and entry gates.  The projects two-storey showroom included upstairs offices and lunch rooms, with a space on the ground floor for display of vehicles for customers to browse.  Large floor to ceiling windows, auto doors and polished concrete floors, provide for a well lit and high quality finish foyer and presentation of the company assets.  

The building comprises a structural steel frame, tilt-up panels, brickwork, aluminium window glazing, louvres, roller doors and metal cladding plus metal roof sheeting and a plant deck.  A tight program was met and we delivered the facility before Christmas for the Fleetspec Hire business to move straight into their new premises, and start their trading for the new year.
