Dolphin Quay is located on the heart of the Mandurah Ocean Marina strip.

Works undertaken by Buckingham Redevelopment Co. included construction for an under cover market complex, retail shops, cafes, boardwalk extension and moring piles which now creates easy access for visitor and boat owners.
