Buckingham Redevelopment Co. was contracted to complete construction of the following areas within the courtyard (approximately 2000 square meters of space) located at the rear of the iconic Cottesloe Beach Hotel.  Terrace 1, 2 and 3, function areas, garden bar, mixology bar, upgrade old kitchen, new kitchen, upgrade toilets, new toilets and coolroom.

Construction of fitout was also carried out by Buckingham Redevelopment Co.  Interior design and furnishings supplied by others.

This project was successfully completed to strict budget and deadline. Client was required to open for Christmas trading and festive season corporate bookings.
