Baird Building, One40william, Perth
This Heritage listed building was converted into modern office space. Buckingham Redevelopment Co. was contracted to undertake base building works ready for handover for fitout works.
Original pressed metal ceilings were the main feature of this building as each original pattern was replicated and re pressed to match the existing pattern on each floor level. Original heritage brickwork was also brought back to its original state with skilled tradesmen, hard work and stripping back of the layers that accumilated over the years.
This project was completed to an extremely tight schedule to satisfy the client’s brief.
