1 Puccini Court, Stirling was an extensive office refurbishment carried out to produce an A class commercial office building.
One of the more noted challenges faced by the construction team was an early tenant occupation of the ground floor consisting of Vital Medical Centre.
Interruption to services to this tenancy were not an option whilst building was carried out.
The building was once aged and dated in appearance which now represents the modern era of construction methods and design.
